You may know me for different things, but I am a foodie, whether it comes to cooking at home or a weekly treat eating out. I have found though, consistently that there are so many restaurants out there that have poor food and poor service, and to add insult to injury, you get a pay machine put in your face hinting at a 20 or 30 percent tip!
I will occasionally post a food review, but only if the product is exceptional!
This time out, we were at Umbrella Burger in Ottawa, the capital city of Canada, home of none other than Justin Trudeau!

Broccoli salad ???? That’s a new one.
Best burger I’ve ever had was from a place called “Fat Burger”. They are mostly western US but they had a couple in the NE US which is where I am from. They were awesome burgers.
Hey Bryan first off that broccoli salad looked to die for, yum, I would order that for sure. Both burgers looked amazing. I can’t say I’ve ever had a better burger than a homemade one.

If you happen to MOSI on into America 🇺🇸 Let's see🤔 I'm thinking A&W 🍔 it's an old style restaurant. u park next to their menu sign and order from your vehicle. And eat right in your vehicle Super cool. They have these restaurants in Michigan. I love their bacon cheese 🍔's

Some states of America is not cheap is expansive
People living in Canada thinhs ate expensive nothing different than same states in America too expansive resistant water food grocery's rent housing 🏡 specialy organic food & rent housing 🏡

That looks like a tasty burger!! Cooking in Ghee or Lard is better for taste and health. Prices are decent!! $AUD we'd be paying about 50% more for the equivalent food here! In regional areas, the local "milkbar" or Fish'n'Chips place usually makes a very good burger and excellent chips! The standard is usually pretty high! 😋
I can make an awesome cheeseburger – but homemade (so not with any fancy patties)… And it's not just me saying that; friends and family are in the know. 😉 It's an art, I think.
