1/4 cup of oat flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 cup of Low sugar tomato sauce
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese and toppings of choice

Method:
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, oat flour and seasonings
On a parchment baking sheet, pour the dough and bake 350 for 30-35 minutes
