When I was in Italy last year, I really wanted a Pina colada (my favorite cocktail) and I couldn't find any! 😱The waiter felt bad for me, so he brought me out a coconut and pineapple flavored granita 😝 It was so thoughtful and it tasted really good! My mom and I eat there about four more times since he did that for me! And he was pretty cute too, so I HAD to see him again! 😝

I've bought tubbed gelati outside of Italy that was really s granita or sorbet tbh. I complained to the company that made it and they told me it was gelati made to the region of the company owner as he was from Reggio Calabria.

The Sicilians do an espresso granita (no/low sugar) for breakfast, cream on the side to taste, in the summertime that I always fantasize about in hot weather. ❤
