    Dear Nick, I love what you do and how you present everything with great enthusiasm for all the details both ancient and modern. So….. I love the entrance with the manger trough still there! And huge space, clean and clear. Love all the modern appliances and the ceiling of course! Love the bathroom ceiling. up the stairs. . . love the effect of split staircase! Lots of possibilities. A studio – gallery! Love the wood fireplace!!! Glass staircase – stairway to heaven. yes, please be careful! I would put in a hand rail or a mini elevator! Interesting upstairs loft! This is a very creative, quirky home! 4th outside bedroom is a possible studio / gallery too! So how did you know that I used to cheat and look at the price first!!!!! So sorry! 495 Euros is a good buy! Hope you have many sales and thank you so much Nick for this wonderful home tour! Love and Light, Laara in Canada

    Already missed you. Didn't click the video a week before because the automatic German translation of the title says "virtual tour." I thought you wouldn't be there personally, somehow…
    So you are back, live in the middle of the beautiful view, almost springtime in Italy, with a gorgeous farmhouse. Inside isn't my taste at all, I like it cozy not cool. Anyway, it is a bargain and someone will love it and may have party time and vacations there or live in it full time….

    I like many styles but, do esp love a good quality modern renovation. Can’t quite believe the price ! Perhaps that’s due to the area of rising damp needing sorting ? Sure someone will be v happy there.

    Incredible price for that!! Unbelievable…. I had it at least €750 – €1m range. It’s astonishing. There seems to be quite a divide between keep the original rustic look vs the modern style ( I’m the former) but the rustic elements have been beautifully preserved, eg the beams whilst the trendy glass sliding doors and huge kitchen make an impressive 21st century home set in those glorious mountains. Gubbio is gorgeous and Fano is fantastic.
    All in all this farmhouse is the best value I have seen on your channel – ever!! Thanks, Nick Great to have you back.😊

    Love this style – traditional building with modern interior. Best of both worlds for sure and very Italian in attitude and style. This is the style of modern restorations and right up our Strada style wise.

    I'd make more bedrooms upstairs out of the music room and the office, and close them off, make them more private somehow, and build open space showers into them too.
    Would the house withstand land tremors? Could the low price be due to that?
    Though you do say that engineers have reinforced the foundations…
    The price is ridiculously low, with the pool etc.
    By the way, what's a cot doing in the downstairs ensuite??😂

    This property was nicely renovated and modernized. The ceilings are fantastic, but I think the best aspect is the view from the pool area. You're right about the kitchen; however, I would add more color. Nick, I think you should have been wearing your glasses. No way the price you quoted is accurate. Seems to be a bargain. Thanks for another super tour!
