Ingredients
For the sauce
Onion 1/2 cup
Celery 1/2 cup
Carrots 1/2 cup
Bay leaf dried 1
Mixed meat cubes pork and beef 500grams
Tomato sauce or passato 500grams
Pre boiled peas 150 grams
Salt and pepper to taste
For the béchamel
00 flour 4 tbl spoon
Olive oil 2 tbl spoon
Milk 1 cup
Salt and pepper and a pinch of nutmeg
Other ingredients
2 medium sized hard boiled eggs
Provolone cheese sliced 200 grams
Parmigiano small chunks 200 grams
Smallish type of precooked al dente pasta
Dash of wine
