Bosa Restaurant, featuring Italian and modern Asian cuisine, is already open in February 2024. Bosa name is inspired by a charming town on the west coast of Sardinia, Italy. The restaurant is located on Level 3 of the Onenest Building in Semarang.
With a focus on quality, the ingredients, such as flour and cheese, are imported straight from Italy. However, fresh local Indonesian ingredients, such as lobster, fish, and shrimp, are also used.
