Italian Chicken
Chicken Breast (boneless & skinless) cut into pieces to fit griddle
Enough olive oil (or oil of your choice) to lightly coat chicken
1 packet of Zesty Italian dry salad dressing mix (This will be enough to use for several meals. Use according to your taste. It doesn’t take much)
Garlic powder to taste
Directions:
Cut chicken breast into pieces that will fit on the griddle. (If chicken is thick, place in between plastic wrap and pound thinner)
Place chicken in a bowl and drizzle oil over chicken and toss to coat.
Sprinkle some of the dry salad dressing & garlic powder onto the chicken and toss to coat. (If you’re doing a large amount of chicken, like several whole breasts, use the whole packet of dry salad dressing. Use less if you like lightly seasoned)
Place on preheated Dash Mini Maker Griddle (indicator light goes out when heated)
Heat for about 7 to 8 minutes depending on the thickness of your chicken.
Turn halfway through cooking time.
Internal temperature should reach 160°-170°
Remove from griddle and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
