Set my elegant restaurant, so come dressed decently and both of the pastas were hard. And not cooked to a soft condition… I don't think it was done in a way of being unprofessional. I think it is part of how it's usually done in this city… Or how the dominican culture might prefer it
Maybe you request it be cooked a little more tender. Kinda nice to hear about the dress code. If you go somewhere nice, you might as well step up your game . Thank you, KV.

Is it meal was a little pricey right at around $34 for 2 people…. But that does include the twenty eight percent pirate tax
