The pork belly needs to be seared and cooked more. Looks raw and rubbery, regardless the breakfast sandwich looks great.
Next time stop in at Lardo on the second floor of the cosmo. I've had almost every sandwich there and they are all great. My favorite is the pho rench dip. A deconstructed pho turned into a French dip. If you love pho and french dip this is a must try

First of all Southern Nevada is a beautiful place living here is much better than California. Second, the only thing that stays in Vegas after you eat it is White Castle. Third, next time stay at a real hotel. Fourth, you can’t review sandwiches in Las Vegas without going to the Weiss Deli in Henderson.
