Half a million for ALL OF THAT? like i get it's SUPER overgrown but I've seen houses on zillow going for like 900k that are just normal townhouses, or ones that go for a mil that aren't even that good! You got a HUGE deal dude, cg!!!
this is amazing, the difference between the start and the finish is unbelievable, it shows that effort pays off. though I am curious about what the outside looks like and what happened to the out buildings!

I’m 82 and I have renovated 572 house and made 200 million dollars and spent only about 20 million on renovations so it is a great investment and awesome to see your work come to life
It's a great insight you and you're team have to see past what other developers can't. You turned a lovely tired old cottage into an amazing home anybody would be proud of.
p.s. What happened to the outbuildings and the land that came with the house ?

If you take that much out of your bank as a loan then wouldn't you have to pay more as interest

What did you do with the outbuildings?
The beginning had me seeing things fr, the camera pulling out for more than a minute was like an optical illusion once I looked at the wall afterwards. Did anyone else see that?

I would love to leave in the UK. However, its a bit too expensive for me. However, I did buy land to build on and have a lock up and leave in Europe. That being said, I am terrified of the costs to renovate the Lock up and to build. But great job.
I basically do this in minecraft but with random mountains or trees
so creative, and it turned out so beautiful. amazing work!
What does the outside garden look like completed?
Not sure I’d trust asbestos removers I paid in cash.
Uk houses are so over priced, but nice to an old house renovated rather than knocked down.

First video i have watched. half way thru. think you are amazing! I've only done minor work, siliconing, sanding, some woodwork. wouldn't know where to start. Me and my sister bought a house in east london in 2013. we lived in it, and have now decided to rent it all out to a family. Put in an offer for another house that hasn't been accepted yet. we are in our 50s and would love to do what you do, but don't have the skill or energy. Mad respect to you guys. wish i could see some scenes of you guys doing the work. i love the tree maserator! just the coolest machine ever.
