  2. Come on! Salt pepper and Lime juice is Extremely Tasty and tangy and yummy … I have been eat this food (vegan salads) 3 times a day for 3 years along with fruits and sauté veggies and juices without any problem.

    Morning eat fruits (fresh organic)
    Followed by protein rich vegan salad (chickpeas, general garden salad, 🥗 plus tofu etc or panned if you like that )

    Afternoon you can eat a heavier salad with general seasoning (black pepper rock salt and lime , olive oil or some home made dressings etc)
    Include. Lots of water based drinks in duet like lime soda, home made iced tea, green tea, coffee , mock tail with less sugar (homemade)
    And end your day with a nice Soup.

  7. Guys relax! He is athlete so he has to follow athletic diet. Nahi to pakistani jaise burger pizza kha k match khelte ha aur gaali khate h inka bhi yahi haal hota. So don’t compare yourself with him. But yes we can add this option in our daily diet to stay healthy. Just take fitness inspiration from him.
