Plus, shite ending.A toxic family so far up their own narcissistic arses would never climb out to see how much damage they've done to someone. Especially a family member who they could constantly take from with no push back from the one being screwed over.
This was such a refreshing change of pace from the usual stories where the family just falls apart; everyone in the wrong just doubling down and insisting their own innocence.
The fact that they were all pushing to reconcile and make up with the OP nearly had me tearing up at the end. It sucks for all of them that it had to come to a head the way it did, but I love that it ended on a happy note.
