An Argentine chef who settled down in Korea with his love for Korean cuisine, Federico HEINZMANN is the executive chef at Park Hyatt Seoul.

He is a veteran chef with 20 years of work experience. Having started cooking at a small Italian restaurant in Argentina in 1998, he built his career at renowned restaurants, including a three-Michelin-star restaurant in Spain. His life in Korea began in 2012 as the chef de cuisine at Cornerstone at Park Hyatt Seoul. In 2017, he was appointed the executive chef. Interested in Korea, he has held wide-ranging events related to Korean cuisine.

20년 경력의 베테랑 셰프인 페데리코 하인즈만. 1998년 아르헨티나의 작은 이탈리안 레스토랑에서 처음 요리를 시작해, 그 후 스페인의 미슐렝 3스타 레스토랑 등 명성 높은 레스토랑들에서 경력을 쌓았다. 2012년, 파크 하얏트 서울의 메인 레스토랑을 총괄로 처음 한국 생활 시작. 2017년에는 총주방장으로 부임되었는데. 이후 한국에 관심이 많던 그는 한식과 관련된 다양한 프로모션을 진행했다.
