My love of food you couldn’t do anything better. I was raised in Brooklyn New York with a Grandma that made a sauce ( Gravy) to die for. Gravy as it was called from the old country because rightfully it cooked all day that it was the color of gravy more than a tomato sauce. Depending on the meats Inc. meatballs were my heaven but, sausage was my favorite runner up, though they added back then my father said I would die if I knew half of it, but there was pork was my choice too when a bot was put into the bijou was a very sin steak that they padded out very thin, garlic, green cheese I can’t remember. I could taste it when I think of it my mouth and then string a string before you eat it. There was so many things to that he showing us is good enough for me. He probably just began cooking that because it’s very red yet, but he let it simmer and suck in all those flavors that Inc, it’ll be brownish. Thank you for memory Lane my grandma Fhilomena DiOrio made gravy once a week. I loved meatballs so much my uncle Tommy called me meatball . I miss it all.Dinner at 152 9th ended many years ago.
