Perfekt/Perfect – A rarely awarded rating for a flawlessly executed dish that you would happily travel to another country for. Equivalent to a 5 star or 10/10 rating.
Nydelig/Delicious – A sensational, comforting dish that you could eat again and again. Equivalent to a 4.5 star or 9/10 rating.
Godt/Good – A great dish that is worth experiencing once. Equivalent to 4 star or 8/10 rating.
There are two further ratings: Spiselig/Edible and Uspiselig/Inedible, but we wouldn’t review those dishes.
