  1. My favorite property so far. Absolutely love it. Also it's the first time I would probably keep most if not all of the original tile. I would keep everything original in the kitchen and put a nice long table in there. The place where the kitchen sink is would be made into a modern kitchen. Love the terrace and it's location off of the kitchen. Also appreciated the way you filmed this time. Sometimes there's too much up, down and spinning. I prefer slowly going straight in and seeing the entire room for a moment then slowly pan up.

  2. Would need to get a geomatra in to put in a shower or bath somewhere. Otherwise, it is super cute.

  3. It appears that the property was once joined to another next door property (or better stated the whole was divided). Is this the case?

  4. I woul teansform the 1st level I into a comfy foyer for quick visits, the cantina would become an art studio (I am a painter), and a small charming lavabo and coat closet under the stairs. Expose the barrel vaulted ceiling, put a wood glass door, keeping as much as possible of the original building. Beautiful home.

  5. Love it, but there was no shower. Would have to make the little third bedroom into a bathroom. Terrace is fantastic.

  6. As an American, the Cantina would be turned into a cinema room with a small kitchen and half bathroom. I will edit, I am 3:34 in. The house is amazing, so much potential. 🙂

  7. The props around the house would worry me… that would need looking into before anything else for me.

  8. Great property – we're curious about the posts that appear to be holding up the second bedroom on the third floor, the window on the third floor, and the bedroom space off the kitchen. Is there an explanation for these posts? Other than these concerns about its structure, it's a really interesting and large property. Thanks for the wonderful videos.

  9. For those asking about the supporting beams (travi di sostegno) they were placed by the owners for safety. As always, it would be advisable that any interested buyer obtains professional advice.
