We harvested some carrots and a few kohlrabies from our vegetable garden.

I thought I let you see how you can cook from scratch, straight out of the garden!

Recipe:
– Brown the minced meat.
– Add onion and sauté briefly.
– Add the carrot, kohlrabi, and garlic, and bake for a few minutes.
– Add diced tomatoes, peeled tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
– Add herbs to your taste, I used: salt, pepper, dried rosemary, thyme, and basil.
– Let simmer for at least 20 minutes.
– Meanwhile, cook the pasta.
– Add a splash of cream.
– Stir and let it cook for a little longer.
– Serve with the pasta and Parmesan cheese.
– Enjoy!
