This video is the ultimate under-eight-minute deep dive into Barbaresco! The detailed explanations of the region, the Nebbiolo grape, the aging requirements, and the nuances that set Barbaresco apart are all insightful, informative, and engaging. I love how you highlighted why Barbaresco can rival or even surpass Barolo for certain collectors and occasions. The vintage recommendations are, likewise, highly appreciated. Overall a fantastic resource for wine lovers especially Nebbiolo fans like me. A note on the climate: I agree, Barbaresco seems warmer versus the Barolo side. By the way, I think one of my Barbarescos may be due for enjoyment soon.😄 Cheers, John!

Amazing video as always! A Barbaresco I've had recently that really impressed us was the 2019 Vietti Roncaglie. The nose on that wine was absolutely amazing and the palate will be amazing with additional age.
Slightly off topic, have you had chance to taste the 2021 Barolos yet? If so, what is your opinion?
I know it is controversial, but I find Barbaresco a "worse" Barolo that is still expensive.
I spend every Spring in the Langhe. tasting the wines and enjoying the countryside. Cannot wait until April. 🍷
