i cant eat gluten and it pisses me off when people act like i have a choice, and make a SPECIFIC note in recipes to be like "weh gluten free pasta sucks" YEAH BUT ITS ALL I FUCKING HAVE!!!!

Both my brother and my mom are celiacs and we couldnβt risk it with contamination so I had to eat gluten free pasta while growing up and when Iβm with both of them now, I still have to do it, itβs just about finding a good pasta, sometimes you can barely notice itβs gluten free tbh, mostly for boxed pasta, it doesnβt change much tbh

I am GF by necessity. Pea pasta is a crime, and chickpea is not much better. Rice pasta or rice and corn pasta is closer to regular pasta.
