This dish is vegetarian, and can be made Vegan by swapping out the cheese for nut based cheese. Also – if you choose to make the Ranch dip – note that this is Vegetarian but not Vegan, it includes Sour Cream. A wonderful vegan alternative would simply be some extra marinara as dipping sauce.
