This is such a go to for me and I change it so many ways depending on what I have on hand. The longest part of this recipe is waiting for the water to boil for the pasta other than that, it literally comes together in minutes! I’ =m linking the original recipe below but please feel free to change it as I have. The only thing to remember is that a standard 5oz piece of Boursin is enough for 8oz of pasta, other than that, you can really have fun with it and use whatever you have on hand and it will work every time!

  1. that looks delish! have to try it when summer rolls around. I'm in the north and tomatoes are not worth buying right now. bland and mealy

  2. Oh this looks fantastic! Just what the Dr. ordered for a weeknight dinner!
Thank you sooooo much for the recipe! I love Boursin cheese! And I did not know I could freeze whole Cherry Tomatoes 🍅 that’s awesome! ❤

  3. Very nice recipe , I like a few anchovies broken or pulled apart in pieces & diatili pasta in mine with garlic bread on the side

  4. I just pulled out butter and cream cheese to make my own Boursin! So I’ll be making this cheesy pasta asap!! Thanks, Laura. ❤️✌️

  6. Thanks for ALL your content. I always click so fast when there is a new video. Can you please please please do a video on sandwhich (hoagie) bread with the sesame seeds on top, like italian style bread rolls? I cant find any recipes online!

  7. Not sure why the numbers aren't way up on this one, Laura. Comfort food! And easy! And reminds me of my dear mom who as born in Italy. Her not fancy dishes were just as yummy to me as her more fancy ones when I was a kid. : ) Thank you! She passed in 22 at 88. I did introduce her to your channel around 2020 and she immediately liked you.

  8. I make "the other version" of your 10 minutes cheesy pasta. And it is on the table every other week or so.
So so delicious. I do add some, cut up, chicken tender.
I think this one is even quicker to put together than the other. 👍

  9. Looks great! Cooked cherry tomatoes are so good in pasta sauce. I always have to blanch and peel them since I don’t like the texture of the skin. Maybe I’m weird-I never see anyone else do this with cherry tomatoes. I’m going to have to try Boursin in a pasta sauce. I bet it’s delicious. 🍝🍅🥬🧄🧀

  10. Hello,

I will continue to support 'Laura in the Kitchen' even more in 2025.

I opened my 4th YouTube channel on December 30th last year.

I know you're busy, but whenever you have time, please stop by and enjoy some healing time.

Wishing you a Happy New Year! ^^

  11. boursin is that regular cream cheese? it's import here and cost 10x as regular made in country

  12. I love that cheese and herb borsin cheese ,I use it in pastas and mash potatoes too(the chive and cheese one)sometimes they have the three pack on sale at Costco

  13. I've been looking for fast meals to make before work. I work many 12-hour night shifts so the last thing I want to do when I wake up at 4pm is to have to spend the only 2 hours I have to myself cooking. Giving this a try keep them coming <3

  14. I think you can freeze tomatoes to use, if your going to cook them down, but I don’t think frozen tomatoes will work if you want them crisp. I love Boursin cheese. It’s so perfect for creamy cheese herby flavor.
