Se volete mangiare bene ed il vero cibo italiano senza spendere un patrimonio dovete andare a mangiare in ristoranti o trattorie lontano dalle zone turistiche. Se chiedete consigli alla gente del posto sapranno indirizzarvi nei posti migliori. 👌
Premessa: per conoscere davvero Roma non basterebbe neanche un mese di pernanenza per visitarla tutta, tanto è piena di tesori d'arte che molti romani stessi ignorano. L' errore che fate voi turisti stranieri, principalmente USA, è quello di seguire il solito cliché turistico, con la visita alle più famose attrazioni della Città Eterna. Vi capisco ma così non conoscerete mai la vera essenza e i veri tesori, per la maggior parte letteralmente nascosti sottoterra, della Roma Imperiale. E vi assicuro che ne restereste sbalorditi.

Hoping not too recently, because online it said the restoration of the Trevi Fountain is complete, so seeing it completely drained is super disappointing. I’ll be there in March and was hoping to see it in its normal state
Edit: never mind I see you visited in November, I think the trevi restoration is complete. Articles online and the website said so but I’ll have to double check
Edit: was it warm? I saw people walking in shorts and you guys don’t seem to have big coats on some I’m kinda shocked, but happy cuz I’m hoping for nice weather in March
