INGREDIENTS :
Pasta 200g
Butter 1tbsp
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Milk
Cornstarch- 1tbsp
Oil 1tbsp
Onion chopped 1 small
Veggies- any choice ( carrot , mushroom , capsicum peas , corn)
Salt
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning 1tsp
Lemon juice 1tsp
INSTRUCTIONS :
1 COOK PASTA –
boil water, add oil, add salt and cook the pasta .
2 MAKE WHITE SAUCE –
mix Cornstarch with cold milk (2tbsp) for smooth slurry pasta.
Add garlic , sauté them for 3 – 4 minutes then add veggies to the pan and sauté for 5-6 minutes.
Add the Cornstarch and keep stirring to avoid lumps also add 1.5 cups of milk to the pan and bring it to simmer.
3 SEASON THE SAUCE –
Add salt,pepper,Italian seasoning, stir for 2 minutes
4 COMBINE SAUCE AND PASTA
