There are some combination of flavours which really make a dish totally addictive and given it only takes 10 minutes to make this pasta it has become one of my absolute favourite. This quick and easy recipe puts together radicchio, a slightly bitter vegetable, with speck, which is a type of prosciutto from the norther parts of Italy, the region of Alto Adige, with great umami flavours and a hint of smokiness and fresh cream which mixes the flavours giving it a creamy delicate closure.

160-190g of Fusilli pasta
