This is a very easy wine to make at home, and is perfect for beginners or those looking for something to do in the off season. This particular homemade wine is very sweet and tastes almost like candy. It is a real crowd pleaser of a wine and will seriously blow your friends’ minds. I believe this to be the best concord wine on the internet, and better than any concord wine you will find at a winery.

Back in 1965 me and a couple of friends made wine out of Welch’s Grape Juice. My neighbor tried it and said it was pretty good. We were just kids and always doing silly stuff. We were pioneers back then. 🥴
Been making concord grape wine from Welches grape juice for 20 years. It never disappoints and ages nicely!
Seems like you should just buy wine from the store if your spending $8USD on the grape juice then add sugar and yeast which also cost money and wait for over a week. I don't get it I guess. It's still cheaper this way but not by much plus I doubt it is as good as store bought wine even at $8 per bottle. Maybe once for kicks i guess. I love red wine but this doesn't seem practical.
Everytime I made wine out of juice it tasted like md20/20 which just gave me nostalgia of my youth 😂

In prison, we took oranges and apples, put them in a trash can bag and plenty of sugar and lots of bread. Within a week, we had wine. Got hammers drunk. I don't understand why it takes you so long with the actual yeast. I could make a batch less than 7 days more stronger than what you got in this video
For the top I've always used the balloons that you tie to a string to and punch if you stretch the opening of the balloon over the top of the bottle it allows the gases to expand and retract without allowing bugs to get in

I made some in prison in the kitchen 15 yrs ago..hid it in the ceiling and wow after a week and half it was so strong and potent

Used to use the concentrate Welches grape cans in the mid 2000's. Had the ratios for yeast, water and concentrate for individual washed and sanitized 16oz bottles, and used a balloon on top. Probably could have made better if I wasn't trying to hide it in my closet at 16. I made a pretty penny in school until a customer I had brought it to trade school on the bus and it exploded in his pocket all over his girlfriend. Needless to say after they opened an investigation I suddenly didn't feel like the money was worth it 😅

I used to do this back when i was 16! I made it in my closet and all my friends loved it. We have fond memories of it, and they even still bring it up

My grandfather use to grow concord grapes and make wine out of them as a hobby. It was never great but he did get better and better until my grandma's mental state started to erode.
