Make soft, tasty APPLE FRITTERS in MINUTES

I really enjoy using honey and apples in a dessert, and these would be great for the Jewish High Holidays, because apples dipped in honey mean “Have a sweet new year.”

There’s a big synagogue in La Spezia and I go there with my friend Jacob. I’ve found the tin most port towns in Italy, there’s a beautiful synagogue.
