I honestly don't mind they do this while filming and uploading to youtube. If I'm down on my luck and offered free food I don't give a damn if the people giving me the free food are making $$$ off the video. If it helps them continue doing this then all power to them. But my one question is, surely feeding food to the public requires strict regulations? In my own city you would have to be approved by the health department and have the food prepared in certified kitchens and have workers follow safety standards.
Makes me so happy and blessed that this kid is out there helping the less fortunate regardless of their situation, it's very selfless. Amen!

Something to keep in mind when seasoning, put the oil last. It will keep the seasoning from properly penetrating any meat, fish or shrimp

Little word of advice for anyone who needs it but you do not need to add oil to your pasta water. Adding the oil will make the pasta slick and it won’t hold onto the sauce as much. I guarantee you that if you simply add the pasta to water by itself, and stir it occasionally, it will not stick lol good luck out there

don't use pre shredded cheese next time and it won't clump up. Pre shredded cheese has anti caking agents on it. You could also wash the shredded cheese off before using it in the cream to remove it.
