So much there it was a bit hard to follow.
happy new year and keep the vides come!
So far is keep it the way it is (kitchen) and ditch the table/ add a rolling island. I'd love to expose the ceilings if possible.
And I love all the garden space… it's so rare for in town apartments/ townhomes!
$82,000 USD. Unbelievable. You can not get a shack in my town for that price, and I live in a fairly inexpensive state. Again, unbelievable. Amazing. Stunning. 😂 I would absolutely keep the extra as a guest space/office area. Seems to have it's own separate setups. So much space. The carport and driveway just put the value way over the top!
Another dreamy video. Thank you!
Happy New Year to you and your family. Nice property in the Dominico republic 😀😀. Pity you cannot knock through from the living room to the dining room. Interesting. ❤️
Really like this property! I’d keep it separate units.
Happy New Year 🎉
Lovely property 😊
Great price for a really nice property. So many bonuses here. Expansion, gardens for veggies, pets and BBQ. Carport plus off street parking. Great value. Will not last.
I think it's a nice apartment. I just have trouble wrapping in my head blending the 2 apartments…I think I'd rent one and keep the other.
I’d incorporate the smaller home into the main home.
Why not just cut a rectangular opening in the wall between the living room and dining room?
Love it! Jumped to #1 for me! 2025 it will happen🎉
We don't actually know what to say on this one.
The video does something most videos don't……a lived in house…..that we can all relate too….its like you find the faults as you go.
Kinda refreshing.
In Rickmansworth in the UK it would cost £70'000for the toilet !
What time of day was this filmed? It looked like mid morning. Just wondering if the gardens will get more sun.
Would live in it just as it is. Lovely to see a family home that is actually lived in. Would either rent or if possible sell the next door property. Had a good feeling & actually a window where the sun comes in, which seems to be unusual in many of the homes you have shown
I'd open the kitchen up from the entry and into the other unit, if possible. The upstairs rooms in the second unit looked, at first glance, to be quaint and I'd leave them; the back room would be a nice crafting space/studio (for me). Oh yes, I can see potential here all the way around.
Great price and love the peaceful Vitoroto ❤❤❤
Do you have to be an Italian citizen to purchase property in Italy ?
Another great property tour, thanks again for all your hard work.
I have garden envy. I love my home in Popoli. But the one thing I did not get there was any garden space. What a wonderful home. What a nice home and a beautiful area.
In the brick side I would take out the staircase and block off the ceiling. The upstairs would be opened up for luving space for the larger house. The downstairs of the brick house would a small rental for BandB.
Ok fine, Daniel, you’ve been listening but only a little bit. It’s still two stories. It’s still not done to my exact specifications. A carport is not a garage. I still have to spend 15 billion dollars to get it to my high standards. It’s not a small town inside Rome. And it’s not a dollar!!!!! I want perfection next video!!!
Is it cheaper if you don’t want the second property in need of fixing . Is ALL the furniture included ?I noticed that it doesn’t seem to have ma y people. Is it a sleepy town ?
Could the " car port" front be closed in to make into a work shop? looks like it was at one time anyway. It's an interesting property with potential. good size, good price. I'd guess you'd spend another 100,000 putting it into decent order. I'd get a good architect to combine it all into a single house. For me the perfect size would be 200 M2.I'd for sure have company often, if I lived there. I'm not sure about the neighborhood it looks a little needy from what we see. I'd have to pay it a visit.
I'd defiantly want to expand that dinky crowded kitchen. How do the best cooks in the world function in those tight poorly laid out kitchens that you so often see there? There's 0 prep space. I don't get it? Once again thanks for showing it.
We love your videos even if we can't buy in Italy because you have your priorities right. Lemon for Gin & Tonic and cellar for wine. The Oxfords in Tassie.
Only in a few minutes and yes already Stunning… love your work Dave!
I love the kitchen as it is
Love love love this place!!!!
Very nice, I like it just the way it is. Perhaps with some small changes in the pink house, like opening a door from the front hall into the kitchen to improve the flow and make it easier to bring groceries into the kitchen, also opening a door from the dining room to the garden, then make the walk in dressing room into a bedroom, and use the small bedroom as an office/reading room.
I'd keep the small house as a guest house, puting a small wc under the stairs where the kitchen area is, leaving a small sitting area by the front fireplace, then make the back room into a kitchen/dining/living room, and have a bedroom and full bathroom upstairs. I'd also have all the fireplaces fully restored.
The carport area would make a great summer kitchen, which would be convenient to the food gardens, and the driveway still has plenty of parking space for two cars.
Ok from Transilvania România Transilvania 🇷🇴👍🙏🏴😊
Love this property; immediately liveable. If the rental market supports it, I'd turn the main area into a rental and fix the small unit as my home. Long term could combine the spaces. The main house needs exterior paint, new entrance from the foyer into the kitchen, & expose the stones in the 2 walls you mentioned.
I like this property, but the town is not pretty.
I was on the November properties tour, was any other commenter there? Did we see this one? We saw something in Vitorito but only some of this is familiar.
Those beads and that side house with the access to the backyard seemed very familiar. But the upstairs not at all.
Hello there?
hope you are well😊
Do you need a professional thumbnail designer?? Let me know if needed❤❤😊❤
I love it all !
Can you find any noble homes with many spacious rooms and historical features? I’d like to find something large in a good location for hosting guests with event space – with views of course and in the mountains ❤😊
Best to see properties in person. Many of these properties are filmed in a wide angle lens shot which exaggerates their size. We almost fell victim to that with another property in Raiano, not from this channel though. We were so set and wanting to buy it, but then we saw it in person and it was like a closet! So happy we waited to look for ourselves. I was at this property in Vitorito yesterday, and its nice but it is smaller than it looks. Just see things in person, my advice.
If it's a 125-135 sqm, it would be a fair price. can you provide the lot size?
The smaller unit need a kitchen and shower area and a new staircase.
The bigger unit needs structurally designed beams in case you wanna remove the dining wall, which I would.
have seen 55-65k units with larger interior, but am interested to see how much it can be appraised for
