I dont get this floor plan
Wow! This has a lot going on!! I don’t remember seeing this one before, so you must have previewed it prior to my finding your channel. I really like the idea of a shared courtyard. It feels like a good way to get to know your closest neighbors. That first unit was a labyrinth. I think that I would consider turning that large older area into a master suite. Putting a bathroom in that alcove, if possible, that held all the painting supplies, and then because it has a separate entrance it could be locked off from the main space and rented out separately if desired. The upstairs unit has a lot of potential as well. Having that private patio outside to set up some seating or a small cafe table and fill it with plants would give it a garden feel. For 60k there is so much you could do with these spaces. The roof looked pretty good from the areas that had the wood ceilings, so maybe it was redone in the recent past? It could use some updates, but it has a unique vibe for sure!! And being 5 mins from a train station and 15 from the beach is stellar!! Cheers!

Ciao Fiorella and Aden, this how is amazing, I love it, I would gut the whole ground floor remodel it for modern convince, but using all materials to keep the old-world charm, not touching the structure at all. I would make the whole floor resemble the old part of the house. the upstairs apartment is huge, so much you can do up there as well, rent it out to help cover a mortgage, if you take one out. I can't believe this hasn't sold. Grazie, amore da N.Y.
