Its funny how people keep calling it a caesar salad because they put croutons in it and shit. If you look up caesar cardini's original recipe you'll notice it is NOTHING like modern versions. And whats worse is it sounds better than the shit we sell all over. On top of that, caesar dressing has absolutely nothing to do with caesar salad even though it was named after it.
