Ida calls her pasta ‘maccaruni cui feri’ while in Italian it’s maccheroni, but however you want to call them, these hand rolled macaroni shapes are fun to make, and are delicious served with freshly foraged porcini mushrooms. You can of course use ordinary mushrooms. This dish is vegan up to the point you add optional cheese at the end
