1 cup Lucerne ricotta cheese
1 egg yok
¾ c grated Lucerne parmesan cheese
Pinch of nutmeg
2/3 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 shallot
1 garlic clove
1 sprig rosemary
8 oz mushrooms
¼ c white wine
2 c O Organics vegetable broth
½ lemon
1 tbsp fresh parsley
