  1. Not for nothing, but some of the other stuff that you consume is not that healthy. Almond milk for example has processed ingredients. Keto wraps have processed ingredients. Pre shredded cheese has processed ingredients. If you can tolerate real dairy, no need to avoid it. Real dairy has so many nutrients.

  5. I feel like I really struggle with eating keto because I look at that food for a day and in my brain, it’s not enough. Even if it is enough and delicious and I don’t feel hungry I will still psychologically want more food. Do you have any tips on that please?
