that abnoy smells like dead animal but it taste really good just dip it in vinegar
I felt bad with the fermented oysters, for sure it taste salty because you poured it on top of the rice. It would really taste bad when eaten that way. We usually put it in a different plate or small bowl and put some calamansi or spicy vinegar and some chillies and others put some diced ginger to enhance the flavor.

Champorado with tuyo (chocolate porridge with dried fish) is worst rated??? Bruh it’s one of the most loved food nationwide. Dried fish is just an optional. When i was a child i was a sweet tooth and a picky eater so i would always remove the dried fish and put a lot of powdered milk on the top instead but as i became an adult i have come to appreciate the dried fish on it
Out of all 5 “worst rated” in the list, only the champorado is known all around the philippines. The rest are uncommon
I only knew macaroni fruit salad exist becos of this video and just by the name of it, its agreeably weird. Noodles + sweet fruits? Mayonnaise + condensed milk? Chaotic.
I never heard of black soup becos its only known in the province of Sulu as its explained in the video but it doesnt look weird to me. I have tried toasted coconut coffee from mcdonalds. Burnt coconut sounds interesting to be put into a savory dish. I would definitely try it

There are a lot of exotic filipino delicacies that deserve to be labeled as “most hated” than champorado filipinos actually love. Helmet (skewered chicken heads), maskara (whole pig head), tuslob buwa from Cebu (pork brain), soup number five from Rizal, tamilok (wood worms) from Palawan, and ant eggs dish from Ilocos region should be in the list instead
