Search for:



1. In a boiling pot of water(add salt), add 2 cups of pasta and let it cook. Set aside 1 cup of pasta water.
2. In another kadai, slightly roast cubed paneer(marinated with salt,pepper and chilli flakes). Keep it separately once cooked.
3. In the same add, 2 tbsp of chopped garlic and chopped onion
4. Add capsicum(or carrot) to the kadai and let it cook.
5. Add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
6. Add 1 tomato and 1 tsp of chilli pepper powder, which is optional(can also add chilli flakes)
7. Once cooked, add 1/3rd cup of any milk (cow,almond or oat) or fresh cream for a creamier pasta.
8. Then add in the cooked pasta and add coconut milk(optional)
9. Add 1 cup of pasta sauce(I added store bought- can also be made at home) and the pasta water.
10. Let it cost evenly and finally add grated cheese and the paneer
