This is the first episode that I really just rolled my eyes at and hated. I get that they like meat but he was trying to out do a PASTA dish. One of them said it best, “it’s simple and lets the ingredients shine.” Then Guga goes and what if we dial that up to 20? In my opinion, this was a complete insult to the essence of the dish.

This thing is something that i would have expected in a Salt Bae restaurant. The cheese wheel is just like the gold, just for show, but adds nothing to the dish. He seems a bit out of touch nowadays.
This is probably the best recipe for bœuf bourguignon that i have seen in a long time.
