I have a friend who runs a fishing guide service in Central America. He will prepare fresh sushi on the boat when someone catches a tuna or other kinds of fish. Later at his lodge where the guests stay, the chef prepares different dishes of what the guests caught that day. He has four wheelers for day trips around the area and I think there's a zip line too. Everything except the airfare and tips is included his packages!
