  1. To eat cheaply in Budapest, look out for restaurants with daily menus, in the range of 1500-3000HUF. Many of this shops are actually visited by locals on a regular basis.

  2. 7:00 yeah that is what is different from american ways, here when you order something and they ask something afterwards that is like an extra topping or sauce, they charge you more, thats why the place had windows soo you can see in and then you can look at it and if you want more when they ask it they will put more on it for you, they use this soo the bigger or more hungry people can tell if that portion is good for them or they want a little bit extra

  4. nice video! I've been to Budapest before and I really liked the goulash type of Beef stew. The Chimney cake was great as well 🙂 The Large Cinnamon Roll looks Mighty hahaha but as you're a sweet-tooth you won't have problems with it 😉
I think we also went to some kind of market and bought an overpriced langos…it was okay but i wouldn't order it again (sort of fried donut with some cheese on it…) but it's nice to try

  5. I was a bit sad about this experience… You should ask around before. I’m sorry, that you had these as experience, because commercials picked these. You had a lot of tourist trap…. These are not the best places, and you payed a lot for not valuable food… next time hungarians direct you the most beautiful places, and the best eating out places! Just ask before!

  6. Very nice video ❤. Loved your white T Shirt too. Could you please post the link where you bought it? TYIA 😊

  7. When i went to bulgaria last year, all the resturaunts would serve thier food lukewarm which i hated. Is it the same in budapest?

  8. Is this a joke? They went into a place set up for tourists, where you got some shit. Oh, and McDonald's a. They did not experience anything about Hungary.

  9. This is an excellent video, and I am so glad I found it, as I will be visiting Budapest for the 1st time next month.

  10. Thank you for getting the details right. You called the Goulash a soup instead of a stew and you didn't get a chimney cake covered in ice cream and nutella (yuck) but gotta proper one. Cinnamon is my favourite flavour.

Don't buy food from the market hall, it's a tourist trap and the food is shit.

EDIT: Nevermind, you got the garbage chimney cakes with filling. That's not Hungarian and no Hungarians eat that shit, it's just dumb tourists who eat it.

  11. Thank you very much, I will definitely go to one of your recommendations.
I will be going on December 20 to Budapest for my anniversary. ❤️
