I’m the worst cook on the face of the planet and even I have the intelligence to know how you should pack and store food and frozen and fresh and defrosting even I get the basics
My ex was the chef yet I was the one cleaning the freezer and fridge out top to bottom and I was surprised to find out just how quickly some foods rot. restaurants leave food for years?!
