As an Italian girly this installment filled me with so much exuberance 🥰 I’m so jazzed the owner was so hands on, gave you extra (how Italian of him) & that it was so scrumptious! The noodles looked like homemade egg (fettuccine) 😍 My favorite to get at a restaurant in Chicago called Rosebud is Caprese Insalata & Rigatoni alla Vodka ☺️❤ Also in my house we say, “mangia che deve essere mangiare” meaning eat up you should be eating! How very Italian 🤣

Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken is always a good choice for me, but a few months back I made spaghetti carbonara at home and it was really good.
