I have 3 questions: 1. After Decanting can I pour wine into glass directly from Decanter or need to follow anh other place? 2. I do not have Air Condition in my house, can I perform decanting in my house? 3. In the video you keep some ammount of wine in the bottle, what about it? Do we need to decant the rest of the wine in 2nd phase? Please clarify my doubts.

Old world/european wines do not mean wines that are blends. There are plenty of old world wines that are made from a single grape varietal
