Thank you for this beautiful video of generations passing on traditions. I love the children so much. My favorite memories are of the times that I baked with children. I taught first grade for thirty years and my students learned how to make pasta, cookies and pies with me. They measured everything and ate the rewards of our labors. They were proud of themselves and so happy. Buon Natale!

Thank you for your touching video. When my parents were alive we made Struffoli together every year. Each of us had our designated job. My dad made the dough, my mom was in charge of cutting off pieces to make the ropes and we all helped cut them. I was in charge of the oil and frying them and also cooking the honey with the sugar. My mother then stirred them together with toasted almonds and formed them into a wreath shape on plates. I sprinkled them with sprinkles. Thanks for bringing back this memory for me❤️🎄❤️

It’s so important to keep up our Italian tradition. This is how I learned to make strufoli. I still remember making it with my mother and I make it to this day. It’s not Christmas without it.
