In this video THE DISH, EXPLORES NORTHEAST RESTAURANTS, it's very interesting because now in the CULINARY field,especially in NYC, because it's a mix of so many different cultures, they have also brought they own style of food, from usually there own country, and usually it stems from mom's cooking styles, so the end result is a MISH-MASH,of different influences, and one thing is clearly evident to me is the fact that they don't mind charging top dollar, which most consumers see as a total RIP-OFF,case in point MCDONALD'S, BURGER KING, WENDY'S, WHITE CASTLE, POPEYES, KFC, PAPA JOHNS,the average American is eating out less,and going to the supermarket more often than in the past, major food trend.
