I vividly remember Durgin Park & the European. These were beloved parts of the Boston experience. I support all of these businesses & bostonians should make it a point to patronize these restaurants when visiting Boston.

This is the culmination of a century of focused aggression against Italians by the Boston establishment that even included the dismantling of the Boston mafia while allowing free rein to criminals of other ethnicities. Wu has been apathetic towards that area, evidenced by her shutting down restaurants early when Celtics or Bruins win big games
This is the same mayor that thinks its a good idea to shut down outdoor dining, closing off the tunnel on weekends in the summer, and then complain that people are leaving the city and they arent making money. She also thinks that changing the name from Methadone Mile to Mass & Cass will solve the problem.

When I have visitors in front Dallas or from around the country I take them to the North end.I don't take them to Newbury street.I don't take them to the South end.Or south boston I take them to the north end
