It's so rare and so cool seeing people talking about Trento, most of the time Italy is just seaside and Rome; i live at a 15 minutes walk from pizza Fiera where this market is, make me so proud and happy to see you and your family enjoying the "tortel" : it means little cake because usually is served raw with a multitude of cheese and salami… Thanks again and enjoy your holiday
"Formaggio" is cheese, in italy there are hubdreds of different cheeses If someone tells you "its just formaggio" its almost like not telling you anything
Trento is beautifull but goddamn its expensive. If you havent already check out trentino alto adige/south tirol, its the austrian side. And its gorgeous(expensive)
That's called Tortel di patate, those one there are actually good but not the best around, to get a really good tortel u have to go outside trento like at Flavon with a resturant called Il centrale which is an all u can eat of that. But in center overall i think thats the best one right now!
