It’s Christmas! And Mulled Wine is the ULTIMATE Christmas drink. Donal’s classic Mulled Wine recipe uses the zest and juice of clementines, lemon and lime, caster sugar, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, nutmeg, a vanilla pod, star anise and – of course – some good, Italian red wine. Make a batch of this to serve to your lucky guests and your house will be infused with the aroma of Christmas. Cheers Donal!

  1. Why is this channel called "Jamie Oliver's" when it is hosted by a bunch of other people? Not saying it's bad, the recipes actually seem decent, but why the name?

  2. I'd never made or even tried mulled wine, but I had a party last friday night and decided that it would be like a "winter sangria" for my guests.  It smelled divine, and everyone who tried it asked for seconds.   Thank you for the recipe and the video.  Loved it.

  3. where is the raisins and the almond to the wine? u need it in the drink when u serve :/

  4. Hey Donal, just wanted to shout out a big thank you .i made your mulled wine two days in a row and it was a big hit

  5. After filming the dress rehearsal, did the cameraman swallow the practice batch? He's all wobbly.

  6. I love mulled wine! This year I tried to make a German style, a British style and a Swedish style with my friends:) But do we have to prepare good quality wine for this or just some cheap one is better?

  7. This recipe has been a part of every winter party or Christmas family celebration that I’ve hosted in the last five years or so. It’s so good!
