  1. I like the kind that is similar to this but also has tiny meatballs ❤ just want to say you are my top 3 chefs I love to watch because I love how easy you explain things. You make it look easy without over talking it! Don't ever get rid of this funny lady please!

  2. Nice that it’s ingredients I usually have on hand. Matter fact, I’m going to make some tomorrow. Thanks!

  3. My wife makes soup kind of like this. Never tried blending the veggies though. It's always delicious. We call it garbage soup😂 I don't know why, we just do.

  4. Currently have the stomach flu. Hubs will be making this tomorrow
It is on the stove simmering and it tastes so good!! Thank you!

  5. Once again, the " dinner dilemma fairy" Nicole comes to the rescue! I was feeling crummy today-sinus-y, sneezy, run down… I made this soup for supper. Didn't have pastina, so I subbed in Fideo cut spaghetti and frozen meatballs. Delicious!! I'm on my second helping now. Thanks, Nicole!🎉

  6. This was absolutely delicious! We made a few tiny tweaks. Diced veggies instead of chunks so we wouldn’t have to puree. Added sliced mushrooms and jalapenos. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you Nicole! 👏👏👏
