Love the house and hearing about it, but this homeowner really has her head screwed on right- she has values of family times memorialized on Xmas cards, letting her children have their opinions about their rooms, and celebrating Jesus' birth at Xmas. The Christmas decor was not too much where some videos have so much that you can't really see or appreciate anything. On a side note, her decor is lovely and she told just the right amount about about her "stuff". Glad she didn't go on & on about every little belonging for hrs. LOvely presentation by a talented host and a stunning home!

I couldn't figure out what was throwing me off. I think the cool color scheme of the wall is clashing with the red/brown of the wood floor. Love the bookshelves though, and more so that she remembers the season's true meaning. Pretty home.
