INGREDIENTS :
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar softened
1 3/4 cup flour
1 packet Italian Pane angeli vanilla backing powder
1/3 cup butter

INSTRUCTIONS :
➡️ 1 Meyer lemon cut into chunks seeds removed butter and 8″ spring from pan and line with parchment paper.
➡️ In a large bowl mix the sugar and eggs. Beat until fluffy. Add the flour and baking powder continue mixing.
➡️ Add the butter and yogurt and mix until well combined and creamy.
➡️ In a food processor add the entire cut up lemon and pulse until almost pureed.add to the batter.
➡️ Pour into the springform pan and bake at 350° for about 50 mins. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before removing from the pan.
➡️ Make a glaze by heating 2 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons lemon juice with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Brush the glaze over the top of the cake and serve.
