  6. I want to eat here. Chef Choo is obviously passionate about her cooking and the experience just looks flat out fun. No stuffiness here, but the food looked to be incredible. This place looks like it deserves a place in the Michelin Guide.

  10. Japanese cuisine is much easier to prepare. They just science the crap out of seafood and basics and ran away with it, something Singapore is trying to do with virtually everything.

And went ahead to charge the fella €1.9k for a dinner. 😅😅😅 Buys her a Musigny grand cru and she treats him a Hospice de nuits 😂😂😂 i think her whole bottle probably cant even buy one pour of the musigny grand cru. For someone who so called had DRC, and giving a treat to someone who just got u a musigny grand cru….this is a pretty poor showing tbh. Hey Alex…..call me next time…..i bring you to many places in sg where they charge you less for a bottle of krug 04 and the chef will actually reciprocate your generosity. I dont even want go into her food. Its just marginally above average imo which is definitely not worth the price tag. Im sorry you had to go through such a bad experience imo.

  14. I would absolutely love to see more hidden gems like this. I understand this was probably a once in a lifetime connection to find this place, but man there are probably so many uncharted chefs like this still out there waiting for someone to find them! Great video. Earned a sub and a like.
